TOURNAMENT RULES
All USAV National, OkRVA and Facility rules will be enforced. No Alcoholic Beverages or Illicit Drugs will be allowed at the Tournament Site.
Each coach must be able to provide a valid, signed medical release form for each player on the team roster. The tournament site director may ask to see these forms in order to verify that the team is eligible to play in the tournament.
Teams must have Impact Certified Coach on bench at all times.
OkRVA rules prohibit a junior player from playing in more than one classification or for more than one team during the tournament. E.g. A player who plays in the 16 and under tournament cannot play in the 18 and under tournament. Neither can that player play on any other 16 and under team in the player’s club. A team which violates this rule is subject to disqualification from the tournament unless a formal waiver is issued by the OkRVA Regional Commissioner. The only basis upon which a waiver may be granted is An Unusual Hardship as determined by the Regional Commissioner. The Tournament Director or Site Directors are NOT authorized to waive these rules.
