TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Coaches Meeting:
There will be no coaches meeting. However, all COACHES are REQUIRED to CHECK IN.
EARLY CHECK IN: January 8, 2010 FROM 5:00pm TO 7:00pm
Location: COX CONVENTION CENTER, EXHIBIT HALLS (HOSPITALITY ROOM)
SATURDAY CHECK IN
30 MINUTES BEFORE AM/PM POOL PLAY IN THE HOSPITALITY ROOM LOCATED IN THE COX CONVENTION CENTER.
AT CHECK IN - BRING YOUR FINAL ROSTER IF THERE ARE ANY CHANGES FROM THE ROSTER YOU SUBMITTED AT TIME OF ENTRY.
CHANGES AFTER CHECK IN WILL BE PROHIBITED.
SATURDAY POOL PLAY:
(Teams will be seeded by a seeding committee)
AM Pool Play begins 8:00 am
PM Pool Play begins 2:30 pm

Playoff Brackets (Matches 2 out of 3 sets) guaranteed 2 matches or equivalent there of
Sunday's Brackets will be posted at the tournament sites on Saturday

COACHES: If you need help reading the tournament format please feel free to ask any of the Oklahoma Wind Staff, Site Managers, or at the Tournament Desk.
Please inform your parents that if they have a question about the schedule they need to ask you, THE COACH, and not the STAFF, SITE MANAGER or at the TOURNAMENT DESK, as all these folks will be working hard on putting on a GREAT TOURNAMENT for you and your team.
