• Postmarked no later than December 11, 2009
• Check Payable to Oklahoma Wind Volleyball, Inc.
Teams that have pre-registered must meet the before deadline or they will be considered on a space available basis.
Entries are limited to the first 176 REGISTERED teams.
REFUNDS: No refunds after December 11, 2009. Teams failing to show for the tournament forfeit entry fee and their regional commissioner will be contacted.
